FWIW the seller could stop paying the mortgage, or sell the place to someone else unless y9ou clouded the title etc etc.   

Of course, if this person is a family member or very close friend that may be different...their judgement may be clouded...but in reality, they should not be giving you money to play with if you have nothing of value to bring to the Real Estate business..........

I've seen where hosts on Airbnb require age of 21, 25, or 30 years old for some rentals.

I'm still currently active duty, but never too early to start preparing.I'd recommend you check out the "Military Cashflow" podcast hosted by Dan Wynn and Mike Glaspie. 

We also tried hosting on AirBNB for a few months during the summer, while that worked out, I think we'd want one in more of a vacation destination to do it long term.

@Slocomb Reed hosts the Best Ever Meet Up once a month in Deer Park, its a great group I have been going for nearly 7 years.
