Some even allow you to choose between $100k and up and adjust their premium accordingly.As you’ve seen, most companies require that they ensure the underlying exposures as well.

Hello Biggerpockets members,I wanted to post something to kind of caution others about choosing their CPA.

I didnt choose these tenants.

While certainly many tenants wish they could buy, many people (myself included) choose consciously to rent.

I think that is just part of the business.I'm thinking if you want things like panel changeout.....call the contractors yourself....line them up at 10-11-12 and meet them out there yourself....get the bids and choose one.  

I heard that Seattle has a law where landlords must rent to the first eligible renter and they do not get to choose.    

But whatever happens, choose to invest because it's like a career move.  

They have a full menu that you can choose from. 

I'm going to contact a couple HVAC contractors today and see what my options are if I have an emergency or choose to change the system.Thank you again!
