You can place poison out but make sure it is the the tubes designed for rats and squirrels so children and the neighbors cat wont get into it.

This has exceeded all goals I set for myself.On a personal level, I am truly a more loving husband, and a better Father because I stop and think every day about how my wife and children have enriched my life and how much I owe them.

Out of state TK investing is looking like the way to go and with a demanding job and children I definitely don't have the time as of now to go out and do all of the legwork myself.

I also enjoy taking candy away from small children and yell at any toddler that dare play in front of my house. 

Here are some of these excuses:1) I don't have enough energy (as i struggle with a chronic medical condition...)2) I don't have enough time (because I am a young mother of two children...)3) I don't have enough money (because though our savings are growing steadily, it is not enough to do a deal on my own...)4) I don't know enough (at least it seems little relative to the information out there...)So now, Brain, listen well: These 'excuses' listed here are precisely the reasons you NEED to get good at this, and quickly too!

@Steve Vaughan  I think this really depends what area... as in some areas HUD will be almost all single mothers with Children and then the dads coming and going.. it can make for a pretty interesting PM challenge.. collage kids don't have hud usually.. we had a few hundred hud tenants and by and large fine but I can't see how you could have 200 1 bds all hud.. that would be something.

It mainly has to be removed from surfaces that children can reach or surfaces that generate lead dust (most common cause of poisoning). 

Ummmm obviously living with white/grey Berber carpets in the FAMILY room with children is not going to stay spotless after 3.5 years even with having it cleaned every 5-6 months.

So lets tax ourselves to give ourselves or our children something we can not have any affect upon.Now if you want to tax those business that have been proven to introduce an unhealthy substance into the water or land, then go ahead, but DO NOT TAX me or my business for something someone else did.That is the basic affect of cap and trade is to tax everyone for everything they can think of just because they can not make enough to pay for all their programs during a recession such as this.
