I bought a condo while in grad school to live in and rented the other room out.

Agent who is experienced in working with R.E. investors (Buying & Selling), preferably someone who does this full time and is passionate and very knowledgeable in this business.

Tonight I mailed them a letter informing them that if it wasn’t all gone by September 30th I would be disposing of it.

I had one claim earlier due to this getting rejected to cover the property. 

I would love to pitch this to sellers in my area but want to keep it as simple as possible.

It’s a historic property that holds a lot of sentimental value for me.My goal is to rent it out after I move.

I recommend going with conservative number as you're analyzing and see how that works out for your deal.

This will also make the property easier to sell in the future.
