I’m seeking referrals to investor friendly agents who understand the house hack approach and can help me creatively find and create a $0 cost of living scenario.

In fact, Wade Jurney is building brand new 4 bedroom 2000+sf wood frame homes and some are still priced under $200K.

I specifically wanted two 2-1’s so that my unit had a second bedroom and I could rent that out to a Roomate to cover the difference.4.

It was suggested we use a wireless thermostat bc our current one is in the master bedroom only and he said to rewire to the main living area would be costly.

Andrew Major - Why not buy a too big house, rent your spare cheaply furnished bedrooms by the bedroom on a 6-12 mo lease, rent out your room during your deployment and watch the cash flow in?

Areas I'm most interested in are creative financing options (I don't have much cash on hand, especially now), commercial property types, and some of the market trends folks near me are noticing.Thank you very much!
