You have to be willing to give up nights and weekends when friends and family are having fun to be the best.I met a very talented, dedicated lady at my first brokerage who had been selling real estate full time for 3 years.  

In most state squatters have rights and have to be talent to court just like a legitimate tenant.  

Another person has the same concerns so they went down the passive investor route.The beauty of the business model is you can pick a strategy that suits your talents, your personal biases and where you are in your life journey.
