(in my Diana Ross voice) "I'm Coming Out"...really, but not really. :) I am down in the big city of Tallahassee, FL and have been in real estate in several different capacities, on and off, for approximately 13 years.

And I use Google apps for everything else, email, Google voice etc.

I can't wait to make 2016 my year of success with many more to come.Some of the things I've accomplished so far since December 18th:-Attended my first REIA meeting-Set up my website -Set up my business email-Set up my business phone through google voice-Set up my business ups box address -Met with a local Attorney to get a quote on reviewing my P&S agreements and Assignment of Contract.

Tenant must have received the package yesterday because Tenant is now calling me multiple times per day, but not leaving any voice-mail. 

I use google voice and can only assign one number to my phone.  

So a big thank you to all here and to all the experienced folks who lend their time and voices across the industry.Next up is to start investing outside my little area up here b/c the taxes are a weeeeeee bit much :)

Because of the large membership enjoyed by the organization, they are able to speak with a loud voice on behalf of their members.You can absolutely get reliable property information on any recorded property in the United States.  

I will send the PR 1 letter stating we want to buy their home, the next week is a voice-mail through sly broadcasting( they get a voice-mail without the phone ringing) that says Hi we sent you a letter, last week, we still are interested in buying your home, please call as soon as you can.

I just received a voice message from a lead from direct letter marketing.
