My wife and I own a single-family home in a top school district.

We own a rental property in Helena, AL that we purchased about two years ago. 

The rates vary throughout the State because of the different millage rates and tax districts, but in Richland County for instance, the taxes essentially triple once it goes from legal resident to non legal residence. 

However, less than a year ago, I realized the cash flow I received monthly had significantly decreased, and I later found out the PM had been stealing my cash flow to help with his own business.

I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?

I am about ready to just manage myself from out of state and have a couple of local handymen help me out when things come up.
