The floating shelves in the kitchen don't hurt people. 

If you spend five hours a week on this property, that's $5,200 you could have made stocking shelves at Walmart during that time.

Some sort of permanent adhesive was used to apply thick filigreed rubberized shelf liners to all kitchen cabinets shelves and needed a power tool and sander to remove them.

Shelves in place of kitchen cabinets where possible.

I have looked at several homes lately that are at a pretty good discount, but for good reason...they are laden with cigarette smoke.

In fact, we did so just the other day, but shelved it.
