I've done this on one house in order to cut costs - since then, I've added a meter with the utility company but it's a good workaround for the short term.

The only note is it is easier to set up the LLC before closing but not so hard to change after.

If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to setup your RRSP with Trust holding company such as Olympia Trust or Canadian Western Trust, etc.

Insurance is still an annual dog fight via my broker.Read your policy very carefully, consider replacement costs will probably be higher than estimatesResiliency is a requirement here.As far as sell or not....it'll depend on your determination to be here.This ain't the burbs of the bay area.Prepping for heavy rain right now.

in 3 years you can pay off any mortgage 500,000 or less for $1,500 bucks.. or in 5 years a $477,000 mortgage for $100..I am implementing something new for the real estate industry, primarily to mortgage holders & the rent to own industry, as a shorter-term approach to be mortgage free, without cost being an obstacle ..
