Assigning a contract with an owner finance element is the same as assigning any other contact, but with the extra step that not only is the contract assignable, but the owner financing is also.Alternatively, you can create a special purpose vehicle (spv), essentially a Limited Liability Company as a “clean shell”, and enter into the contract in the name of the LLC, with the LLC as the recipient of the owner financing.
