Money shouldn't be a problem as long as the #'s make sense.We'd need to know a few things:total square feet you're buildingWhat do you estimate the subterranean garage will cost alone (may be prohibitive)What's you estimated sale price per unitYou can construct a little cheaper than that cost per square foot, but I've seen garage plans like yours time and time again get nixed because the cost and extra time to construct takes much of your profit out.

I had that problem as well, however went to another lender and he said that is was no problem just had to give him a copy of the lease.
