Plumbing won't hold pressure
I have a property under contract and the HUD report says the plumbing won't hold pressure and not to turn on the water. Can anyone give me a high level potential analysis and who I need to have (I assume a plumber) come check it out.

The copper was probably stolen :)
But if there's any copper there (or maybe it's all galvanized), then an air pressure test as Mark Ferguson indicated is the best approach.
