I'm not a fan of someone holding an office as if its become their right, not a privilege. 

It's not your money that is taking longer to recover...it's the lender's...that your tenant is paying for you, and paying you an added $77/month for the privilege.

Most sellers will prefer a P&S that doesn't have any financing contingencies and will accept less for the privilege.

Because in Europe, home ownership is still considered a privilege and not a right.
