My name is Ted Deits. I am a real estate developer in Huntington Beach California. 

I recently completed and sold out a 107 unit storage condominium project in Beaumont California  My market is unusual as I am one of the early forerunners of

owned storage condominiums.  Owning large storage "garages" financially makes solid economic sense.
