There's no way to get a loan without fees.There are bunch of other fees and prepaid expenses for buying, but those aren't the bank costs.If you have significant equity in six years (over what your down payment gives you), then you're paying the loan down very quickly.

In PA you can get as much prepaid rent as they can pay, which is better than a security deposit in some instances.Tks again.
