so i think you all know about the ghost most investors use on craigslist. where you put up 3/2 1200 square feet 1/2 acre dream and leave out an address. well if i have a rental could i post that up for sale as a ghost wholesale deal and then still give the same "sold the house all ready" talk? just to give them a real property cause i can see these adds and if i can spot them i think most every one els can too.
