Legal Shield
Hi all,
I am wondering if anybody out there uses Legal Shield for their REI business? I was thinking of using them for putting together and reviewing contracts, legal advice, etc... I believe they charge somewhere around $20.00 a month and that includes a certain number of hours of representation, if needed.

I have used it and it was good. I sent them contracts to review and questions around my operating agreement. There are different levels of membership. I had the one that was around $35 or so. For what I paid, I got a lot of their time. I never felt rushed to get off the phone and they explained things well. There is a level where they will represent you in court for so many hours too. I don't know how much I'd trust them on that part, but for explaining basic legal things and helping you understand the ends and outs of contracts it was very helpful.
