Anyone have a link to a site that spells out 1031 Exchange rules more plainly than the IRC?

Its a plain vanilla wholesale transaction.

Both realtors have told me that the problem as they see it is two-fold...a) the neighbors, who are kind of trashy people on welfare and their house is an eyesore, and b) the house is in a flood plain.

But after a few posts, Craigslist starts flagging all my ads automatically that were created with postlets.When I submit "plain" ads (without HTML) directly in craigslist they are shown, no flagging at all.
