Replacement Wood Frame Windows

I need to replace a dozen original 1920s windows in a CA stucco Tudor house. Does anyone have an online source for affordable all wood windows? Single hung, single pane, rope or chain sash, white finish. Finish and trim on these windows is totally plain and I want to keep it that way. The custom shops here are way out of budget. The major window makers (Anderson, Pella, etc.) don't seem to have anything that is simple enough.
