For cities, will your jobs have a physical location?

Let's say I'm able to acquire the tax deed from the state (state has had for 3 years) --- do I take physical actions to the property?  

I assume you have to give your tenant a physical key.

You may develop local relationships, comprehend neighborhood dynamics, and react swiftly to market shifts by being physically there.

The tenants had to have certain physical capabilities so they could manage somewhat independently. 

They can be very hard to find though as they don't move often.BTW: you don't have to physically visit their current home to inspect it.

Law enforcement has advised that this could escalate into a dangerous situation, given the occupant's troubled history and strong resistance.I've exhausted all forms of communication, including texts, emails, and physical letters, but to no avail.

The only way t estimate execution of repairing/refurbishing or remodeling of a structure is to physically perform an estimate.

In situations like these I had to print the docs, physically sign them, scan the signed docs, then email back to them.   

We don't cover plumbing clogs that are not cause by physical or mechanical issue with the system - so if a sewer line is full of tree roots, yes we would cover that.
