I'm not in the habit of defending PMs (I think a good many of them are, frankly, worthless), but the reality is that a good PM is likely not charging a fixed percentage regardless of whether it's a $500 hovel or a $5k mansion.

WATCH OUT... don't get stuck.. some rights people can't sign away (ahead of time) and you'll be in court trying to defend why you moved all of Joe Blows stuff out, re-rented the apartment while he was lying in a hospital in Italy while on vacation and came home 10 days late to find he'd been robbed....

I have seen the info online for example it says "unlawful detainer" it has plantiff and defendant, but it doesnt show you the address.
