Hey there,

Just had a quick question. I having been marketing to out of state landlords, now im looking to market to lan lords that have filed for evictions. How can i obtain this list? If its online how do i access it, to where i can get all the info including the house in question.

If i have to go to the court house, how do i ask for this information, and what will they give me?

I have seen the info online for example it says "unlawful detainer" it has plantiff and defendant, but it doesnt show you the address. I think it has the case number though.

Could i maybe write the case numbers down and then have some one in the office look them up? Just a thought. Someone that has experience in pulling eviction list in cook county would be helpful thanks
