I love your idea of the Clik2Flip mobile property analyzer app and the facts that it requires NO data entry.

Was wondering if there are any good apps or software that makes it easy to track expenses and invoices, payments, etc when flipping a house.

Each LLC has its own checking, savings, and credit card.As expenses occur, I snap pictures of receipts through the QBO app and identify there what property it is for.

Through my cleaners, pms (Lodgify) and 3rd party apps (schalge home lock, ring doorbell, google home, turno, jervis), 95% of the property management is automated and i spend less than 1hr per week on property related tasks. 

Sometimes, I do the same with the camera app.

Also want our staff to be able to communicate with tenants from their mobile devices using an app and not their personal cell phones.Would also be nice to auto generate emails and or text messages when rent is past due.

Some folks say they are very happy collecting rent via cash app!! 

Is there any other apps that is better than prop stream?

@Cody Key I got this email soliciting my business offering 100% financing and 100% rehab which seemed way too good to be true, he also asked for finding fee upfront prior to approval and asked for a utility bill along with the very generic loan app.
