It is my humble opinion and of others that a trait of most successfully people is reading nonfiction books to keep yourself growing and learning. 

Be humble.

I realize this is something that gets asked a lot and am hesitant to post, however I understand the importance of finding a mentor and am humbly asking for a hand.I currently work in I.T. and would have no problems offering my services in that arena in exchange.

I did purchase a house in 2007 at Texas, Humble area but sold it last year.

Be humble, work hard and forget about having a social life outside of work for the next 5+ years.

.* So, in my humble opinion, while I don't think we're in a bubble scenario, we're certainly at the top, and looking down, if not starting.

Listening to some of you on here has humbled me and made me realize I still have A LOT to learn.

It should be hilarious (and quite humbling for me knowing the whole world is going to see certain things about me)!

It would cost a great deal more to proceed without meeting codes and then fail inspections.In my humble opinion, you are better off paying a decent fee to the architect rather than cutting corners and having a bunch of missing details and code issues.

I know it sounds silly but weekly or monthly payments just appeals to my psyche.Obviously due diligence is important but in your humble opinion do you think the idea has some merit?
