I amy be a bit biased, but after working with investors form all over the globe, the one thing I have learned is that the venture is largely hinged on the front end of the transaction that utilizing a reliable higher local provider with sophisticated operations and systems not just plans of how they will help you acquire, repair and pas you along to a magnet company.

I'm going to say that it depends what your goals are in seeking education.Cruising these forums, you'll see stories where people lost money because of what didn't know or didn't know to watch out for.At the same time, you'll find a pervasive and powerful bias against paid education.You'll want to decide for yourself which is the greatest expense: losing money on a deal (may or may not be deductible) or paying for education to help prevent losing money on your deals (deductible as a professional development expense).

Believe me, it's expensive.One of the phenomenons I've learned the hard way is what called getting "home-boyed" which refers to a local judge giving incredible preference and bias and ruling in favor of a local attorney vs the out-of-town carpetbagger attorney.
