When you do hang out its video games,  good conversation, I could imagine  some take out food, a few beers, maybe  a hit or two.

The husband is a truck driver and the wife is a CPA. 

LOL.many in the fix and flip business though can get a nice tax deduction when buying a nice new truck they use in the business.But limiting debt to your personal resi.. 1 car for you one for spouse.. and then NO other consumer debt ever .. is a good recipe.. 

So I wish to have rentals I'm fixing to turn 45 & have nothing but tools,equipment and truck to show for my work my family and their future depends on me & I don't have a 401k plan.

Last year I bought a slightly used terribly expensive nice truck and put 10k down on it.

I have flashlight, 6' ladder, and some light tools in my truck.

My food isnt 2-5 times more expensive. 

Most of the jobs are ag related however- we have a John Deere dealership, Dalton Ag which manufactures other ag products, Michael Foods which is a egg factory, Taygold cooperative, Precision- makes pulley's and idlers for things such as wind turbines, etc.

Food insecure, medicine insecure, transportation insecure.  

I pick it up, place it in the back of the truck and ratchet strap it in place.  5 min later while driving down a straight, smooth road the oven (still strapped in) falls over and the glass bust out of the door.
