Hello everyone, I recently came across a larger quantity of mobile home parks and would like advice from a more seasoned MHP investor that has ample expertise in the field.

It is a dynamic field that requires keen market insight, patience, and a willingness to learn.

I have realized that knowledge in this field is key.

If you choose not to use a management company, you will likely be fielding multiple questions per day from Airbnb, on top of managing your cleaners, maintenance, etc.  

By understanding and leveraging these advancements, professionals in the field can enhance their operations, deliver superior value to clients and tenants, and build towards a more sustainable and efficient future in real estate. 

You can also build a lot of uses that aren't buildings, aka, soccer fields, parking lots, etc.

The home field advantage in real estate is huge, it will make up for a LOT of other factors. 

Quads on a septic system is going to be a major expense and you should expect to pump it out every 2 years or so, so it needs a man hole cover.If it is going to be septic be SURE you have sufficient soil quality for your drain field, you will want lots of sand.

The idea is that, I do this type of work all the time anyway via my firm and I have an advantage in this field due to me working in the industry and being knowledgeable in this subject.

I don't mind fielding the calls as I don't get many.
