It's generally not sexy, it takes time.McCurdy is overpriced (I suspect that is the auction you attended last night), sometimes you can find a diamond, but in general, putting a room full of investors together bidding against each other is not a recipe for a good real estate deal.

But you don't have to find that 1% diamond-in-the-rough PM (which will be fleeting) if you buy in a good area.Does that logic make sense?

Real Estate Investor Group or Black Diamond REI, I think you’ll also find others will be happy to get together with you and answer your questions about wholesaling and any other areas of real estate that interest you.

My credit isn’t bad I’m just new at building it, I found a diamond 💎 in the rough, A laundromat w/a new roof sturdy bricks 🧱 and brand new washers&dryers.

There are parts of our city here that may seem really suspect from a distance, but when you get up close and see what's happening in the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, you find there are some diamonds in the rough.

@Christian Carter has just taken over the Boston South REIA, which meets on the 2nd Sunday of the month at the Tavern on the Wharf in Plymouth Harbor at 6 PM.A little more distant is the Black Diamond meeting. 

You could also try driving for dollars to find some other diamonds in the rough.
