In addition, HOA's all have a personality of their own, and if you get some jerk in there as President, it can make all of the owner's lives miserable.I'm sure there's lots of investors who have done quite well in condos, but they are not my cup of tea.

What if a Tea Partier had done this?

Don't like the fact that people are holding tea party rallies -- well, let's accuse them of threatening our national security.

But I'm sure no one had to plant people down there since there were enough people organized to be there through the same groups that organize the tea parties.

It's not spoken of in the press but the Tea Party Protest was the single largest organized political protest in the entire history of the United States.

I'm guessing the glass jars are mushroom tea.

I'm not sure that's my cup of tea, I just wanted to entertain my curiosity

My best advice is to attend a meeting and decide if it's your cup of tea.
