I've got a few quick questions.

What happens when there is no personal representative involved?

How does that effect the probate process?

Also, once the probate papers are made public, is that when the representative has the right to sell?

Does probate become public if there is no representative involved?

I come across a few probate deals every once in a while and was just curious. I'm not sure that's my cup of tea, I just wanted to entertain my curiosity
