That is, both from a portfolio management perspective (my perception of your portfolio), as well as expsoing yourself to high growth areas of the 21st century I think international equities (developing nations to be more precise) is your best bet.

They have placed 2 disabled people and 1 care taker per shift into this unit....My question is, how can this happen, we were told by the realtor, Century 21 Butterman and Kryson that a young couple was purchasing the place, but that wasn't what happened, now we have "renters", not the "owner" of the unit..Also,shouldn't the owners of the 7 remaining unit have been notified....Is this a zoning thing..?

Just a few centuries later, we understand the mechanics behind the sun rising, so no-longer is a "Sun god" needed.In my opinion, the longer civilization advances, the more we will learn, and the less need there will be for religion to give us the answers we crave.I see religion as a short-term solution to man's need for answers.

They maybe good for "cookie cutter" subdivision when people like to feel like they live in barracks, but unless it is the deal of the century, I personally stay away from them.
