Hey guys and girl,I am wanting to do a direct mail campaign.

So I currently am working with a realtor, but a lot of people I’ve spoken to are really advocating for me to do a direct mail campaign in order to find the best deals.

I’ve had had great success with direct mail for single family so I am going to attempt a multi unit campaign.

Anybody have any advice on direct mail campaigns?

Now so If I have the money and I do a direct mail campaign on two of the streets and I have 6 people out of the 20 houses willing to sell.

1. you can buy lists on the internet or do a mass mail campaign and hope to find some.2.
