Not trying to crap on the place but you are definitely barking up the wrong tree(s) trying to entice investors and developers for this place.If the upside is $475K the place is barely worth $329K to me if I have to do much more than sweep it.Where in god's name is there margin for a developer?

Tenants with an ESA must still follow rules (no barking, clean up after the animal immediately, pay for damages immediately, keep it under control, remove the animal during inspections/maintenance, etc.) and they are responsible for any damages caused by the ESA.

Many dogs aren't given perfect care so they may bark but you will know if this is an issue at your particular unit (such as one with thin walls where you own the neighboring units). 2In different places, such as in Victoria, Australia, pets are increasingly recognized as members of the family and it will become illegal to be biased against applicants because of having them.
