We just started it at the beginning of this year, so attendance is a bit inconsistent, however there have been some real estate rock stars show up!

yes, its declining in all educated areas. but housing costs will continue to go up. in our Multifamily rentals, we will be upgrading everyone's living standards to assure we have upper-income earners as tenants, will be adding separate Electic Vehicles charging and 1st $100 of electricity for free included in the rent with Solar panels offsetting the cost producing the electric we sell to tenants. also adding Smart building ready FOG network for security and looking at new Smart Toilets the five-star hotels have been installing.

Some properties that are ugly ducklings ready to be turned into an all star!

You look up the reviews for the company that your insurance provider is sending to inspect the HVAC and find out that this company has a 2 star average review.  

We stay booked at top dollar with no complaints. 150 plus 5 star reviews. 

Maybe a 16 plex that is run down and no one has tied it down.Rock Star comes to mind with your deal.Those deals are out there!
