Or as often happens there are folks that just have expectations that are not achievable.Nothing is inherently wrong with any of those folks above (except maybe the un-achievable expectation folks) but the staff needs to prioritize.

I prioritize repairs by some basic criteria, starting with issues that need immediate resolution because they either cause continuing damage (leaks) or could result in injury (mold, holes in the floor) or just make working on the property easier (plumbing and electrical systems).
