Thanks for the tips everyone.I should have clarified that these pictures would be used for when I list my properties for rent on Craigslist/zillow/etc, not AirBnB (I was just using Airbnb as an example of why photos are critical).I think it would be nice to have some professional photos stored for anytime I need to find a new tenant... ill ask around KCMO for someone just entering the professional photography world :)

Downstairs 1200sf commercial space being used for the past 30 years as an owner-occupied photography studio (retiring) Commercial rents for comparable office space around town are approx $20psf NNN utilized by typical professional service firms - lawyers, accountants, etc etc I’d prefer to get a conventional mortgage on the property in order to have a lower down payment and longer amortization but I’m not sure the usage will allow.
