That WOULD be legal if a licensee in FL...if not licensed, and not owned by the advertiser, brokering WITHOUT A LICENSE, a 3rd degree felony in this state.

It would appear that either he or his broker doesn't allow it *specifically* BECAUSE he is an agent.Okay so it has nothing to do with being a licensee but rather his specific Brokers policies. 

I didn't feel like I would need those.As a brand new licensee, I would suggest taking the option that would have some of those added bonuses like flash cards or test prep.

I wrongly assumes a licensee would know and understand this. 

A non-licensee may OWN a brokerage but may not perform brokerage services and the firm must have a broker of record.

Furthermore, just because someone is a licensee is no guaranty of honesty or integrity. 

If you're one of those licensees that just saw the license as a way to squeeze out slightly more profit, it will hurt you.
