Hey everyone I'm new to wholesale and one of my friends is selling a 3unit that I would like to sell for him, I see there's free contracts online but is there anyone in Florida that has a contract that I can start with? Thanks everyone

I just use a regular As Is contract and then add an assignment of contract addendum. If you'd like more details feel free to reach out, always happy to help.
