The line between a lease with an option versus a contract for deed sale is a little gray.

@Keith Thompson  Absolutely outstanding post - I agree due diligence is critical. 

But this “gray” area has been around since the beginning of time.

@Amanda Thompson screen your tenants fully and do a gut check by interviewing them virtually.

I was initially thinking one of the light gray vinyl plank choices, but wondering if that would clash with the existing flooring at the transition (by the breakfast bar in the photos) Any advice would be appreciated!
