The stock market is not some giant mystery only for Wall Street.  

We had a revolving 0, giant goose egg, and we were both savers but had one of those nice A frame relationships where weird things happen as the top of the A crumbles... 

While thats not a sign of weakness, it is a major problem with many buisnesses here from a local grocery store to a giant superstore.

I was listening to Podcast 245 this morning with Ryan Holiday and at some point in the podcast, there was a discussion about how everyone who invested in 08 and 09 looks like a genius today.

Well now we got the whole floor. 4 br,3 ba- American style- walk in shower- giant kitchen- huge patio.

I had a pretty awesome, albeit 24/7 career before I got my license (thinking that "all these people do it, I've done way more difficult things & have a master's degree-I can certainly succeed:) Succeed I have, and it took really doing what they teach us, building systems, really digging in why am I doing all this (staying up late, spend holiday weekends hosting open houses, as mentioned above, etc.).

It would be a similar process for shipping containers.In fact the only container building i've seen in CA is outside Giants stadium in SF.

I was in the South Shore 79th St area today to get the grass cut at my place before the holiday weekend....and mission accomplished !

I got a giant fee for hanging and finishing drywall. 

Of course it’s a holiday weekend and will not be able to go down to sheriffs civil and litigation until Tuesday.
