Building a new construction condo for weekly rental in Italy

So... I have been buying and renting and flipping in Denver for 10 years. I can't get over paying 300,000 for a POS that was worth 65 just a few years ago.

So I love Italian food

So last May I went to Tropea Italy and signed a contract for a new build condo. Started out being 2 units enlarged to one bigger place. Well now we got the whole floor. 4 br,3 ba- American style- walk in shower- giant kitchen- huge patio. Marble floors throughout. A place I'd love to stay.

Question is : has anyone else bought in Italy?

I would appreciate any thoughts
