The type of tenant you get in commercial heavily varies on the economic status of the local economy, as well as the layout/who you're catering too.

You literally bottom fed and bought in the great recession, that's the definition of being lucky.We're literally in an 40-year affordability crisis, you can't tell me what you were able to accomplish is realistic.

I'm not sure what the long term economic viability is there with all the political turmoil surrounding the fossil fuel industry. 

Factors driving this growth include economic opportunities, a high quality of life, affordable living, and reputable educational institutions.

This trend suggests a growing rental market as more people are unable to afford buying homes under current economic conditions.while the housing market may face challenges, the rental market will likely expand as an alternative for those priced out of buying homes.

My recommendation is to choose cities in safe and economically diversified areas with above-average income and population growth.

They re-invested cheaper money to a productive economic that generates higher income.Now from Buffet and any other big time investors prefer to invest at cash position (CD).

If your home will likely remain economically viable  (not in path of redevelopment in next 10 years)  its probably worth looking at some systems upgrades.

Right now I’m not seeing homes that are economically viable for long term rent by the room if you follow the Cobb county ordinance.

and they come in 2 types: the old 1920s which have great cur appeal, but are expensive to work on and the 1960s which are much more economical, but look like a shoebox.
