In Oregon at the time small claims was 6k... being a tad miffed I filed a small claims action for loss of revenue and made the 6k claim... my testimony to the judge was that I had created this wiz bang marketing system ( which I had its why we made millions in Timber frankly)..

I have done the sub30k thing with only 4 homes from out of state, but was able to translate and communicate it so that I've helped 100s of people do it themselves all over the country (You can look at my youtube channels, my webpages, for emails, linked in messages, youtube comments, my newsletter, and video testimonials on how many homes they were able to get because I helped them).
