Increasingly complex jobs will become automated.

I guess I don’t understand how to automate a relationship base business.

My schtick was Drive Control Automation...loved it but the politics etc drove me crazy.I called it quits @ 49 only because we had accumulated a good stable of quality properties.I love RE & the constant challenges.

The big difference is that I'm going to be renting out the house that my family currently lives in when we move into our new house this fall so I have lots of time to research prices.To get a handle on the rental prices in my area, I've worked with RE agent to set up some automated searches on MRIS and ListingBook to return comparable rentals (on the market and recently rented).

If I knew enough about what I was buying, I would also be working on automation/procedures as well as attending the local REIA and interviewing contractors.

But I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my automation.
