and of course down town between blm protests that got hijacked by Antifa thugs its a ghost town. 3 weeks ago I was in PHilly and Baltimore there was more going on there than PDX by a long shot I suspect the residence there in the inner cities dont really have the options as many in the PDX market might have to find alternate work space and living.
