Join real estate groups, attend workshops, and engage with online communities to learn from others’ experiences.

Could you convert just the garages in to a massive “owner’s suite” convert e small building into a garage or workshop and create the ideal 4 unit for an owner occupant?

I attended the Tax Lien Wealth Builders workshop in Atlanta a few weeks ago. 

Take a single day with your business partner to hash out this plan (hint: it should and will be messy) and then get started aggressively networking and "workshopping" the plan.  

Unfortunately, I have not come across any seminar that wouldn’t attempt to get me to sign up for hundreds/thousands of dollars’ “worth” of a workshop, where I’d subsequently likely be pitched tens of thousands of dollars “worth” of additional “education” and alleged mentorship.
