These lumber producing companies were trying to ramp production up while creating a safe work place because of COVID-19 and for some employees it made sense to stay at home because of safety reasons and/or unemployment benefits. 

However, I would be delighted to gain workplace experience-say two years-prior to furthering my studies.

The idea of financial freedom and leaving the corporate workplace is very appealing, and now seems obtainable!

There seems to be an active debate at my workplace as to whether small investors really need LLC’s as opposed to having adequate insurance and umbrella policy to cover those.  

My work places me in a hotel so currently in rock hill sc. but i want to move my family to the Winston Salem area.

However, if you are used to how we worked during COVID and are comfortable with Zoom, Workplace, modified meetings online, a brokerage like eXp may work better and cost you less.

I just want a studio or a 1BR in a decent area in central Austin (near my workplace), between Hyde Park and SoCo, or anywhere along the river.

I think he has a point, but many workplaces are already starting to adopt more office time again.

You need to convey lease violations, in the same manner a boss would convey workplace violations, and in similar kind if those add up to say a 3-strikes your out, enforce.
