I'm in Phoenix and obviously you can see that there are so many people moving from the west coast states out here to a cheaper and better weather market.

2024 was a banner year for our investor clients with eight prime Oregon Coast vacation rentals sold.

I'm on the Emerald Coast of FL.

Thinking of picking up my first property in western MA soon.

Guest was on the east coast.

We have these brokers  on the west coast they charge like 500.00 to 1000.00 .. and in the public remarks and private remarks it says to call you the owner for showings etc.. flat fee brokers.. 

Many of the investors that I work with are from the West coast or the Northeast and it just doesn't make sense for them to invest around where they live.

I totally agree that although real estate prices have skyrocketed along both the East and West Coast, there are still VERY lucrative real estate markets to invest in!

Do you want to travel 2 days to the east coast, FL or something only a day away you can get to quickly like AZ or NV?
