-besides cooking utensils, what else do you provide in the kitchen?

-one last note, don't go crazy getting pots/ pans/ cups/ kitchen utensils etc... provide the initial items you might find in an airbnb and call it good. 

I pointed to the stove and the cooking utensils and said cook it yourself. 

When the tenants move out, offer to buy their furniture, appliances and cooking utensils. 

H mentioned that G has been using other people's stuff such as; oil, sugar, soap, utensils, and a blender.

As a final touch, install some hanging utensil racks from Ikea between those two outlets on the wall.

So I would go with #1 to your question, type of user.Vacationing people have kids, could be elderly, travel with pets, and probably tend to complain about things like rough sheets, generic utensils, lack of an ice maker, etc.Working people want a place to drink beer, cook food, do laundry, shower and sleep. 

For your lake vacation rental...fishing equipment, a non motorized boat, a well stocked kitchen with all utensils and gadgets, a wine fridge or a kegorator with a craft 1/6 bbl, gas or charcoal grill, chimenea, cornhole game, a SMART tv, an accurate pellet gun with pellets or a scoped single shot .22 or .17HMR, some adult movies and a blue ray player in the master bedroom with an HDTV, bubble bath if you have a tub or jacuzzi, an indoor/outdoor sound system, some mountain bikes, binoculars, some games like trivial pursuit/electronic darts, two single shot shotguns and a skeet thrower with skeet, an outdoor firepit, a "help yourself" herb and vegetable garden, tiki lights, a small trebuchet for the kids, some basic tools like a socket set/wrenches/screwdrivers, and finally the most important thing...mosquito repellant.

So I sat them down and said if you want to say there you're going to have to be more than just bums, you must at the minimal pick up your own mess, clean our own utensils and bowl and anything you use must be asked before usage, keep the absurdly loud obnoxious arguments to a minimum and continue contacting family members to help them, but most importantly you MUST have a job by the end of August, 2019 so that you can pay rent and get your food stamps cause I can not afford to feed the 2 people.

Another 2000 dollars later I bought a 3 dollar grill lighter and put it in the utensil drawer.
